Unique English Classroom (EUC) – (Malaysia Coordinators) Participating countries:- Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Uzbekistan, Thailand, IndonesiaWho the examiners are:- Eurasian Spelling Bee team- Supervision of ELPC teamWhen it all began:1. 12th July (Preliminary) until December 5th (Award Ceremony) Overall objectives:1. Create and nourish friendly relations and national understanding between young people interested in English language from private and public schools from all around the world.2. Expand their vocabulary and work on their pronunciation. It also enhances students’ development of poise and communication under pressure and provides an opportunity for them to get exposed to the national limelight. It also brings attention to the schools’ pressing literacy needs and prepares and equips teachers with the skills to teach English.How many rounds (and the placings achieved):1. Preliminary rounds (12th July) – 1st in Malaysia2. Semi-finals (9th August) – 1st in Malaysia3. Finals rounds (21st-22nd November) Overall Placings: Silver Laureate (2nd)
