Under the bright skies of Krabi, more than 600 swimmers from around the world gathered for one purpose — to test their limits at Oceanman Krabi 2026 🌊
Among them stood two young swimmers from Kolej Yayasan Saad.
Ayyub Mirza, Form 2 — completed the 2KM race and placed 54th out of 93 male participants from around the world.
Ahmad Ziyad, Form 3 — completed the 5KM race and placed 37th out of 90 male participants from around the world.
No lanes.
No walls to push from.
Just the vast open sea, the rhythm of their strokes, and the strength of their determination.
Every wave they faced was a test of endurance.
Every breath they took was a step closer to proving that age is never a limit — only courage matters.
They were not just swimming for themselves.
They were carrying the name of KYS, and the hopes of their teachers, peers, and school community.
And in that moment, in the middle of the ocean, they showed us what it truly means to rise.
