Lyn Qaisara Binti Nik Hisyam Amirul (5 Taat) participated in the World Youth Leadership Conference (WYLC) 2026, an international leadership conference involving youth participants from various countries around the globe including United Kingdom, New Zealand, Ethiopia, Singapore, Philippines, Nigeria, and India.

She was the only representative from Malaysia.

During the programme, Lyn demonstrated strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and active engagement in discussions and collaborative sessions.

She was also being selected as one of the five Forum Panelist at World Youth Leadership Conference this year to discuss on the topic; “Bridging The Gap: Enhancing Access to Education and Skills For All”

In recognition of her performance and contributions, she received the following awards, recognitions and certifications:

1) Youth Leadership Award

2) Diploma in International Leadership

3) Certificate of Youth International Leadership Panelist

4)Certificate of Participation – World Youth Leadership Conference 2026, Singapore.

These achievements reflect her commitment to leadership development at international level, global awareness, and active participation at international youth platforms.
