Taekwondo is more than just a martial art. It provides a healthy outlet for releasing tension, reducing anxiety, and developing impulse control, perseverance and emotional resilience. Beyond physical skills, it trains both the mind and body, equipping students with discipline and mental strength that can help them excel in other areas of life.
Congratulations to all KYS participants and medal winners who demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship and skill, keeping spectators on the edge of their seats! May your discipline, perseverance and resilience inspire more students to follow in your footsteps.
