Learning first aid is an essential life skill, and our KYS Girl Guides had the opportunity to gain this valuable knowledge last Thursday.
Under the guidance of Mr. Mohtar from the Malaysia Red Crescent (Melaka), the students were introduced to basic life-saving skills, including CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), the use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator), and bleeding control techniques. These practical skills are invaluable in emergency situations, enabling individuals to provide immediate assistance while waiting for professional medical help to arrive.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Malaysia Red Crescent (Melaka) and Mr. Mohtar for taking the time to share their expertise and conduct this meaningful training session.
