The aim of this programme is to foster student interest and passion towards enrolment in STEM education, developing individual as a whole with aspects such as technical and soft skills are tested during hands-on projects like embedded system and prototype development.Exposing the students towards real life working experience through mentoring session with Key Industry players.
A platform for students to come together and gain industry exposure and career guidance from various industries and also university students as mentors and facilitators. The bootcamp activities are Industry & University Talks which is a Sharing session by industry and university speakers on current technology, education and career opportunities in STEM.
Apart from that, Proposal Preparation Workshop which is on how to research and prepare a technical proposal based on the given challenge statements and judging criteria.
Next is, Presentation Skills Workshop which teaches on how to deliver an impactful and effective presentation based on the targeted audience. Apart from that is the Design Thinking Workshop which will guide in the methodologies of design thinking and innovation, Applying the knowledge in the project proposals.
Next is the Technical Workshop. In this workshop, Participants will be participating in hardware, software or science technical workshop based on the selected track. Finally is the TGL Industry Challenge & Pitching Session. Teams will be required to prepare proposals based on TGL Challenge Statements and presenting to industry and university judges.
