It has been more than one half of the second quarter of school term (23 March 2020 to 22 May 2020) since our students are lockdowned at home due to the Movement Control Order (MCO).
The school faced an unprecedented challenge to conduct a full swing remote learning which has never happened before. And it isn’t a one off solution to it and we got it right.
However, we have learned a lot on the implementation of remote learning – beginning with an Independent Learning From Home and now a Structured Learning From Home.
The school is conducting a survey on KYS Student Learning During The MCO Period and we are hopeful that parents, guardians and students can respond to the survey by 6 May 2020.
The aim of this survey is to look at what works and what didn’t following from the approaches we used in remote learning. We need to also design a good remote learning programme within the KYS system.
The URLs to respond to the survey are as follows.
Thank you very much for your understanding and full support during this challenging time. Wishing everyone a meaningful time at home and to all our Muslim parents/guardians and students Ramadan Mubarak.
