ANUGERAH REMAJA PERDANA RAKAN MUDA (ARPRM)

Anugerah Remaja Perdana Rakan Muda (ARPRM) is an exciting self development programme available to all young people between the ages of 14 and 25. It is an International Award Scheme and the aim is to give recognition by the Government to Malaysian youth besides to equip them with life skills in order to make a difference to themselves, their communities and the world through the  “7 Life Style” approach of Rakan Muda. 

The Award Programme was first introduced in the United Kingdom in 1956 as The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and now it is known as The International Award for Young People. It has now spread to 126 countries. The Award concept is one of individual. 

It presents to the young people a balance, non competitive, flexible, longterm and fun programmes of voluntary activities. The quality of the Award is controlled by the standards that have been set by the International Secretariat. 

Kolej Yayasan Saad prepares students for all activities in line for the award (bronze, silver and gold) since 2004.We are the pioneer school in Malacca and collaborates with the state government as well as the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The sections covered are : 

1. Service Section ( Rakan Masyarakat )
2. Skills Section   ( Rakan Inovasi/Rakan Seni Budaya/Rakan Wirausaha)
3. Physical Recreation Section ( Rakan/Rakan Wajadiri )
4. Adventures Journey Section (Rakan Cinta Alam)
