HOUSE MASTERS

The main role or function of the House Master is to ensure the students’ welfare is taken
care of. It includes the monitoring of students’ academic performance, discipline,
accommodation, student’s development and selection of students. The House Master
also has overall responsibility for the studies, pastoral care, discipline and involvement
in school life of the pupils in his House.

Qualification:

• Any  Degree with Education/ Professional qualification (Diploma/ Certificate in Education)
• Age between 35 to 45 years old
• A minimum of 10 years working experience in teaching and posseses managerial
        skills, preferably in a boarding school environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident and has the ability to initiate, leads and execute commitments.
• Matured, posses a high personal integrity and discipline.
• A team player and able to work independently.
• Wiling to work irregular hours.
• Willing to stay in the campus.
• Active in sports and co curriculum is an advantage.
